Heat the Torta del Casar a little in the microwave and mix well with a dash of cream.
Whip the rest of the cream together with the sugar with a rod whisk or a hand rod until well thickened.
Mix the Torta del Casar with the cream and almonds with your hands and very slowly, to prevent the cream from falling.
With an ice cream sacabolas or two spoons are made the balls.
