Torta del Casar on toasted bread

Instructions:

The easiest way to enjoy the Torta del Casar is to spread it directly on firewood bread or lightly toasted bread.

  1. The Torta del Casar is tempered, keeping it in a temperate place (+/-20 ºC) at least from the day before its tasting.
  2. The Torta del Casar is opened from above with a pointed knife, as if a lid had been removed.
  3. Cut the bread into thin slices, place them on the baking tray and toast them lightly.
  4. With a round-tipped knife, spread it over the hot bread.
