The easiest way to enjoy the Torta del Casar is to spread it directly on firewood bread or lightly toasted bread. The Torta del Casar is tempered, keeping it in a temperate place (+/-20 ºC) at least from the day before its tasting. The Torta del Casar is opened from above with a pointed knife, as if a lid had been removed. Cut the bread into thin slices, place them on the baking tray and toast them lightly. With a round-tipped knife, spread it over the hot bread.
