Tagliatelle with bacon, onion and Torta del Casar

Ingredients

  • 200 g Torta del Casar
  • 400 g noodles
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 thin strips of fresh bacon

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles in plenty of water and drain well.

  3. Once sautéed, add the Torta del Casar and stir until it melts.
  4. Add the sauté to the noodles.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
