Millefeuilles of quince and wedding cake

Ingredients

  • 200 g of Torta del Casar.
  • 250 g quince bar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions:

The Torta del Casar must be very cold so that its consistency is hard and we can work with it.

The quince and Torta del Casar are cut into sheets.

  1. Put the quince sheet and one of Torta del Casar on top.
  2. Five layers are made, starting and ending with a quince sheet.
  3. Finish the dish by decorating it with honey and cinnamon and serve cold.
