Extremadura beef tenderloin with Torta del Casar sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g of Torta del Casar
  • 4 portions of sirloin of about 200 gr each
  • 1 brick of 25 ml of nata liquida

Instructions:

  1. Slowly heat the cream in a saucepan and add the Torta del Casar, stirring with a stick until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
  2. Grill the sirloin to taste.
  3. Serve on the plate and add the Torta del Casar sauce on top.
