Quesos del Casar Dairy

Quesos del Casar SL is a dairy located in Casar de Cáceres, 12 km away from the monumental city of Cáceres.

It is a family business with more than 25 years of history dedicated to the manufacture of one of the best-known cheeses in the world (PDO Torta del Casar), fresh cheese and goat cheese.

Next to its modern facilities, at the end of the visit you can taste all the cheeses it produces in the winery: the Torta del Casar PDO ‘Gran Casar’ and the rest of products, which includes the ‘Viejo Maestro’ goat cheese, catalogued as one of the best 50 foods in the world in 2013, or the ‘Villanoble’ goat cheese with Pimentón de la Vera (paprika).
