It is a fair of gastronomic samples of different products such as sweets, bread, sausages, jams, beers, cheeses, along with other wood and leather crafts.

There are several activities related to shepherds’ culture to promote livestock and transhumance. In addition to the transhumant route, there are also shearing and wool making demonstrations, in addition to gastronomic tastings.

This fair has been held since 2014 and has managed to gather a good sample of the main gastronomic products of the region.
